Package Your Item
Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring bicycles are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
